Alyssa joined the Larkin Lab at its start in January of 2020. She is a student concurrently pursuing her BA and MS in Biology. Her research interests primarily include microbiology and STEM education, and she is particularly interested in focusing on  the intersection of human/public health and microbiology. After graduating from BU, Alyssa plans on furthering her education by pursuing a PhD.
